Attorney-at-Law and Senior Counsel focussing on software law and patent issues, committee member of GPLv3 drafting
Barbara Reilly received her J.D. (Juris Doctor) from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. and has worked in Germany since 1987.
Since 2000, she has been working in Siemens Legal Department, with a focus on software law and, more recently, patent issues.
She was a member of Committee C in the GPLv3 drafting process.
The OSADL seminar on "Software Patents and Open Source Licensing" took place on Friday, November 7, 2008 in Berlin, Germany. More information is available here.
