OSADL releases its first BSP Certificate
The BSP of Phytec's MPC5200 based CPU module certified to cohere to the OSADL BSP Specs.

Well, yes, this was not the fastest thing we ever did. It took us a lot of time to finish the OSADL BSP specification. Since, of course, there is no certificate without well defined specs to base it upon. And it took some more time to define the testing conditions and to make sure we create a fair and open procedure.
Okay, here we go: The BSP of Phytec's phyCORE-MPC5200B-tiny CPU module is the first hardware to receive the OSADL BSP certificate. Phytec agreed to publish it on the OSADL Website.
The current version of the OSADL Board Support Package Specification (20080522-1) was released on May 22, 2008 and is available online since then.
