HOT - Heidelberg OSADL Talks (training material collection)
HOT = Heidelberg OSADL Talks are an online training course where participants get an overview on the basic legal (Legal HOT) and technical (Technical HOT) aspects of using Open Source software in industry and will learn how OSADL can provide support.
The HOT material consists of a collection of videos and presentations that are provided through the OSADL website.

COOL - Compact OSADL Online Lectures 2026 (monthly webinar)
COOL is an OSADL webinar series. COOL is intended to take place regularly once a month and covers current as well as recurring topics around Open Source software in industry. COOL webinars are held in English language. Participation is free of cost.

Hannover Messe (April 20 to 24, 2026)
The Hannover Messe 2026 will once again include the topic of embedded systems & solutions into the field of interest of the exhibition. Since embedded systems are also the DNA of OSADL, OSADL will be part of this year's Hannover Messe from April 20 to April 24, 2026 and become exhibitor at the Embedded Systems & Solutions special event. The so-called "Embedded Park" at Hannover Messe will located in hall 27 and OSADL can be found at booth F38/5.
The Hannover Messe is another opportunity to meet OSADL and better understand how OSADL can help companies that use Open Source software in products and how Open Source software can successfully be used in industry – for example in a license-compliant way, with adequate software performance such as real-time, withstanding security attacks and under mission-critical conditions, etc.
