Open Source software such as the Linux operating system has gained wide acceptance in the machine and automation industry. But what is Open Source software all about, anyway? How is it developed, what needs to be considered when it is used in a product?
To answer these questions, OSADL is organizing an international congress on Open Source and Linux in the industry at the Hannover Fair 2008.
