Porting the DotGNU Portable.NET Development to the ARM architecture

Description It is proposed to port the Portable.NET just-in-time compiler to the ARM architecture. This implementation will take care of the specific assembly set of the ARM architecture to achieve maximum performance. The availability of the DotGNU Portable.NET Development environment for the ARM architecture will make it possible to develop and maintain a graphical user interface independent from the processor type used in the target system.
