OSADL Networking Day 2024
The OSADL Networking Day 2024 – the traditional OSADL Members' event – will take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in Heidelberg, Germany. The main topic of this year's Networking Day will be "CRA compliance for embedded systems: Theory and practice".
Registration
- To register for participation, please complete the below form - fields in bold are required.
- After the lecture part of the Networking Day you are invited to join us for a guided visit of the Heidelberg Castle and for dinner in a Heidelberg Old Town brewery restaurant; should you be unable to attend, please deselect the related check boxes in the below registration form.
- A bus shuttle from DJH Youth Hostel to the Heidelberg Castle and back will be offered. In case you won't need the bus shuttle, please deselect the related check box.
- In case you prefer vegetarian meal, please select the corresponding check box.
- Submit the form and you will receive a confirmation by email.
- Please register before June 5, 2024.
- Please note that the number of participants of the Networking Day is limited to 100. We ask for your understanding that we will handle the registrations on a "first come - first served" basis.

When you register for participation at the event you agree that your personal data entered in the registration form will be processed at OSADL as necessary (see our privacy policy).
You may revoke this agreement at any time by email, mail or phone using the communication data provided at the imprint page, but this will also cancel your registration.
Access to the Networking Day
Please note that the OSADL Networking Day 2024 is an internal OSADL event; thus, participation is actually only open to OSADL regular members, OSADL associate members and OSADL academic members. However, a limited number of seats have been reserved for non-members who are interested in OSADL's work and would like to learn more about OSADL and, particularly, how networking and interaction among members are taking place. These reserved seats for non-members will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Conference language
The conference language of the 2024 OSADL Networking Day is English. All presentation material will be in English, too.
Evening event
16:45: Bus shuttle from DJH Youth Hostel to Heidelberg Castle
For those who would like to travel to the castle with their own car: Due to the limited number of parking spaces at the castle, it is not advisable to drive up to the castle by car. Instead we recommend parking the car in the parking garage P12 (Kornmarkt) and taking the funicular railway (Zwingerstraße 20) to reach the castle.
17:15: Start of guided Heidelberg Castle tour, Schlosshof 1, 69117 Heidelberg, Germany
Subsequent to the castle tour, participants may either walk down to the restaurant in the Old Town of Heidelberg, or, alternatively, take the bus that will bring participants to the restaurant (with stops at the DJH Youth Hostel for car pick-up and at Heidelberg railway main station.
