Solution of the questions
The OSADL Quick Linux Compliance Check contains a total of four questions with respect to important license obligations that must be fulfilled when copying and distributing the Linux kernel that is licensed under the GPL-2.0. The questions along with their expected answers are summarized in the below table. Please note that there are additional license obligations.

Disclaimer
To extract license obligations out of a license text and to recommend how these obligations are translated into a company's internal processes in a legally conformant way only can be done by a lawyer. As a consequence, although the above questions and answers have been composed with maximum attention and diligence, OSADL cannot be held accountable for them and refuses any responsibility.
