The Mechatronics Area, led by Dr. Mikael Bianchi, is one of the five specific scientific areas of the Institute for Systems and Applied Electronics. The Institute, in turn, is one of the six institutes within SUPSI’s Department of Innovative Technologies. The Mechatronics Area focuses on engineering sciences and their application in the industrial sector, with particular emphasis on mechatronic systems, technologies, and related information services for both education and research.
