The Opensaar e.V. association has invited a number of communities to showcase their offerings at its joint booth at the IT.CONNECT MEETS CYBERSECURITY DAY 2024. This is a one-day congress for IT and cyber security and will take place on November 5, 2024 in the Congresshalle Saarbrücken. HOT = Heidelberg OSADL Talks are an annual online lecture event where participants are given a general overview of the fundamental legal aspects (Legal HOT) and technical aspects (Technical HOT) of using Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) in industry and will learn how OSADL can provide support.

In 2024 HOT will take place on May 14, 2024 (Legal HOT) and May 15, 2024 (Technical HOT). Legal HOT and Technical HOT are online events. They may be booked either separately or as package. Participation is free of charge. The conference language is English.

The one-and-a-half-day workshop on software license scanning and data curation: Open Source license compliance with FOSSology will take place on February 21 and 22, 2024 in Heidelberg/Germany.
