The BWGV - Baden-Württembergischer Genossenschaftsverband (association of cooperatives in Baden-Württemberg) is one of the largest and most influential economic organizations in the southwest of Germany. The BWGV is the registered auditing entity for all its member enterprises. All of our member businesses share the cooperative structure as their common denominator. This includes banks (Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken) and agricultural cooperatives (Raiffeisen cooperatives) as well as cooperatives in trade, craftsmanship, energy and services. In addition to representing and promoting its members' interests, the BWGV provides cross-sector advocacy, education and expert support on legal, tax related and economic questions. OSADL was accepted BWGV member as a prerequisite for being incorporated as cooperative in 2006.

The Federal Association of IT-SMEs of Germany (BITMI) represents the interests of more than 1.000 IT-enterprises on the national and European level and therefore is the only information technology industry association which exclusively represents the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Germany. In BITMi, direct members as well as associated regional and professional associations of medium-sized enterprises from the IT sector are joint together.

In September 2013, OSADL was accepted Associate Member of the Eclipse Foundation.

What is Eclipse and the Eclipse Foundation? Eclipse is a community for individuals and organizations who wish to collaborate on commercially-friendly open source software. Its projects are focused on building an open development platform comprised of extensible frameworks, tools and runtimes for building, deploying and managing software across the lifecycle.

The Eclipse Foundation is a not-for-profit, member supported corporation that hosts the Eclipse projects and helps cultivate both an open source community and an ecosystem of complementary products and services. The Foundation also facilitates collaboration among Foundation members through Eclipse Working Groups. The collaboration is intended to focus, promote, and augment Eclipse technologies to meet the needs of specific industries.

Competence Network on Mechatronics

The registered association "Competence Network on Mechatronics" in Göppingen, Germany, was founded in 2001. Members are manufacturers of mechatronic devices, automation companies, schools, high schools and universities, private and public research organizations, and IT and finance service providers. The primary goal of the "Competence Network on Mechatronics" is to improve the communication between the members on the latest progress in mechatronics.
